Booking rules

Reservations can be made in person, by phone, or online, using the available contact channels.
A reservation is valid only after it has been confirmed by the venue staff.
If the delay exceeds 15 minutes, the reservation may be canceled.
Cancellation must be communicated at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
The venue reserves the right to request a deposit for selected reservations.
For larger groups, the venue may require prior menu arrangements or a prepayment.
The venue reserves the right to cancel a reservation in exceptional cases, such as technical issues.

Vouchers are valid for the period specified on the voucher; after that time, they expire.
A voucher can be used once or according to the terms specified at the time of purchase.
Vouchers are not exchangeable for cash or refundable.
In case of loss or damage to the voucher, it cannot be recovered.
Vouchers can only be used on-site and under the conditions specified by the staff.
The establishment reserves the right to refuse acceptance of a voucher if it is damaged, forged, or suspected to have been obtained illegally.

The venue is open during the hours indicated on the website and social media.
Entering the venue signifies acceptance of these regulations.
The staff has the right to refuse service to intoxicated, aggressive, or socially disruptive individuals.
Bringing your own food and drinks is prohibited.
The venue is not responsible for items left behind by customers.
Minors may stay in the venue only under the supervision of an adult.
Any damage caused by guests in the venue will be charged to the responsible person.
The venue reserves the right to modify the regulations at any time.
