Restaurant rules
§ 1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
- NASU restaurant is located in Gorzów Wielkopolski, at 29–31 Nadbrzeżna Nisza Street.
- Every guest at NASU restaurant is required to read and comply with these rules.
- Being on the premises constitutes acceptance of these rules.
§ 2 RESTAURANT USE RULES
- Only food and beverages purchased on the premises may be consumed at NASU restaurant.
- Bringing and consuming your own food, beverages or alcohol is prohibited, except as described in § 5.
- The restaurant has a total ban on traditional and electronic cigarettes and on use of intoxicating substances.
- If the prohibitions in points 2 and 3 are violated, staff will give a warning. If the guest does not comply, they may be asked to leave.
- The restaurant does not serve persons who are intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
- Selling alcohol to minors or intoxicated persons is prohibited.
- Staff may refuse service or ask a guest to leave if they behave inappropriately, aggressively, offensively or in a way that endangers others.
- Parents or legal guardians are fully responsible for children in the restaurant.
- Guardians are responsible for damage caused by or to children due to misbehaviour or lack of proper supervision.
- NASU restaurant is not responsible for children left unsupervised.
- Guests are responsible for their animals, which may only be on the premises if they are not aggressive and do not disturb other guests.
- The restaurant is not liable for damage caused by guests or for items left by them, including their contents.
- A guest is fully liable for any damage they cause on the premises.
- Lost property found by staff is kept for 30 days and may be released to anyone who can describe it accurately.
- A guest may be asked to leave in particular when:
- a) behaving in a vulgar or aggressive way towards staff or other guests,
- b) being under the influence of alcohol or drugs,
- c) attempting to bring in or consume their own drinks or food,
- d) being with an animal that behaves aggressively.
§ 3 PAYMENTS AND VOUCHERS
- Accepted payment methods: cash, card and BLIK.
- We do not accept bank transfer for on-site consumption.
- Please request an invoice before payment. A VAT invoice cannot be issued after a receipt has been printed.
- If you wish to use a voucher, please say so no later than when finishing your meal, before the receipt or invoice is issued.
§ 4 COMPLAINTS
- Complaints about meals may only be made during the meal, not after it has ended.
- Taste complaints are considered if the guest has eaten at most one third of the dish. If more was consumed, the restaurant may refuse the complaint.
- Complaints about delivery orders should be reported by phone: +48 504 923 303.
§ 5 SAFETY
- NASU restaurant is not liable for damage resulting from guests' careless behaviour, including cuts or other injuries on the premises.
- The restaurant is not liable for damage caused by other guests, including those under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
§ 6 OCCASION CAKE
- For individual or group reservations, an occasion cake may be brought and consumed if the restaurant is informed in advance.
- The restaurant has a chiller where the cake can be stored. The cake must be delivered the day before the reservation.
- When delivering the cake, a document is required confirming that it was made by a person with the appropriate qualifications and in accordance with food safety standards.
- One slice of the cake is kept in a sealed container for 3 days after the event.
§ 7 FINAL PROVISIONS
- The rules are publicly available at: https://www.nasu.restaurant/regulamin
- The owners of NASU restaurant reserve the right to change the rules at any time, without giving a reason.
- These rules are in force from 07.09.2023.
Reservation rules
- The standard table reservation time at our restaurant is 2 hours (120 minutes).
- Individual reservations for 1–12 guests are accepted via mojstolik.pl or by phone: +48504923303. Reservations are confirmed automatically or manually, daily between 12:00 and 22:00. If confirmation takes longer, we ask for your patience.
- Group reservations (more than 12 guests) should be sent to: hello@nasu.restaurant.
- An SMS confirmation guarantees your table reservation.
- If children will be joining, please state the number in the reservation notes.
- We do not reserve specific tables. If you have a seating preference, please add it in the "Notes" field – we will do our best to accommodate it.
- For special requests (e.g. birthdays, anniversaries), please describe them in "Notes" – we will try to meet your expectations.
- We welcome calm, well-socialised dogs. If you plan to visit with your pet, please mention it in the reservation notes. For everyone's comfort, dogs should remain on a lead under the table. We do not allow dogs on chairs or sofas.
- We hold reservations for 15 minutes from the booked time. Please be on time. If you are running late, please contact us via the chat in the reservation link.
- Changes to your reservation (date, time, number of guests) and cancellations can be made via mojstolik.pl, the chat in your reservation details, or by phone.
- If you require a VAT invoice, please inform the staff before the bill is issued.
- When redeeming a gift voucher, please let the staff know as soon as you are seated.
Vouchers
- Vouchers are valid for the period stated on the voucher; after that time they expire.
- A voucher may be used once or in accordance with the terms specified at the time of purchase.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.
- If a voucher is lost or damaged, it cannot be recovered or replaced.
- Vouchers may only be used on the premises and under the conditions set by the staff.
- The venue reserves the right to refuse to honour a voucher if it is damaged, forged or suspected of having been obtained illegally.
